# ACD – Mobile Extensions: Travel and Transport v1.1.2 – Form editability based on status

Enhanced control over form editability with job allocation status-based restrictions — improving data protection and reducing human error.

New version: 1.1.2

Compatibility requirements: Aged Care and Disability package

Businesses require better control over the ability to make changes to the Travel and Transport form at specific stages of the job and job allocation. To support this, a new setting called **Form Readonly Settings** is now available to configure which job allocation statuses will restrict users from making updates to the form.

Setup instructions:

1. Go to **Setup > Custom Metadata Types >  Form Readonly Settings.**

2. Locate the setting labelled **ACD Travel and Transport.**

3. In the **Value** field, specify the job allocation statuses that should make the form read-only.
