# Aged Care and Disability v9.0 is now available

This release automates roster publishing after replication, adds clearer publish attribution and one-click job duplication in the Scheduling Console, with multiple bug fixes.

## Enhancements

- **Automatically publish rosters after replication completes:** Rosters can now publish automatically once replication finishes, removing manual publishing each cycle. Publish delay and email/SMS notifications are configurable on the Replication Reschedule modal.
- **Roster publishing emails now show who triggered the action:** The "Triggered by" field now names the actual user, the person who clicked Publish or configured the scheduled job, instead of the generic "Scheduled Publishing" text.
-
- **Duplicate Jobs in the Scheduling Console:** Schedulers can now right-click a Job and select Duplicate Job to create a pre-filled copy, removing repetitive re-entry when creating similar Jobs.

## Bug fixes and updates

- Fixed the issue where **all-day leave and availability now record a full 24 hours instead of 23h 59m** or 0m across all consoles.
- Fixed the issue where **shifts started at mid-night (start time is 00:00) did not render correctly** the Allied Health Calendar console.
- Fixed the issue where **the Address field in Allied Health Calendar console sometimes returned "no option" **even for clearly valid locations such as a major city.
- Fixed the issue where the **"Schd / Cont" column in the Job Allocation modal showed incorrect** **contracted hours **on some job records.
- Fixed the issue where **Lookup-type additional fields on an activity in the Allied Health Calendar** console were silently dropped on save, so these fields now save correctly and persist on the activity record.
- Fixed the issue where **cancelling a recurring pattern of jobs** on a Base Template via Cancel Job → Following Events (or All Events) only detached the first selected job, so now every cancelled job in the pattern is detached from the template.
- Fixed the issue where **dispatching a job from Roster Management or the Scheduling Console always showed "Job dispatched successfully" even when the dispatch failed**, so now the specific failure reason is shown and recorded against the job allocation.
- Fixed the issue where the **Allied Health Calendar console calculated Scheduled Hours inconsistently** - showing overnight and all-day payable unavailability as 0 hours and counting jobs or shifts with an excluded tag - so the figure now matches every other console.
