# AU Healthcare + 2cloudnine Integration v9.0 is now available

This release improves payroll accuracy for 2cloudnine customers by fixing how Resource assignments are dated and linked to timesheets, and adds estimated job cost visibility during Resource allocation.

**What's new**

- **Assignment Effective Date field for Resource records:** A new Assignment Effective Date field on the Resource record lets you set the date a Classification, Award Level, or Interpretation Rule change takes effect. New assignments now start on the correct current date instead of inheriting an old payroll start date, so timesheets process cleanly in 2cloudnine rather than failing against the timesheet calendar start day.

- **More reliable Resource to timesheet linking:** Approved 2cloudnine timesheet entries now link only to assignments that are Active and already in effect, with ties resolved by a configurable Assignment Record Type Priority setting. Customers running multiple assignments per Resource, such as Primary and Secondary, will see entries land on the intended assignment instead of whichever was created most recently.

- **Estimated job cost on the Job Allocation modal:** The Healthcare Package Job Allocation modal now displays an estimated cost returned by the 2cloudnine integration while you allocate Resources, giving schedulers cost visibility at the point of decision. If the 2cloudnine service is unavailable or times out, the modal continues to work without the estimate.
