# AU Healthcare v10.0 is now available

Published October 28, 2026

**Product areas:** AU Healthcare (Healthcare)
**Roles:** Schedulers, Administrators
**Platforms:** Skedulo On Salesforce

This release introduces Replication Engine V2, which keeps a scheduled replication running when one record fails and reports exactly what happened. It also adds DEX Stage 3 fields for CHSP providers, new base template permissions, more admin control over allocation, and several bug fixes.

**What’s new**

- **Scheduled Replication keeps going when one record fails:** Once you turn on Replication Engine V2, a failed Job, Shift or Activity is marked with its real error while the rest of the roster still replicates, and the email report shows what failed, what was skipped and what conflicts.

- **DEX Stage 3 fields for CHSP providers:** You can record the 15 session details that DEX requires directly on Jobs and Job Service Items, and they flow through to Lumary for reporting (requires Lumary 26.0 or later).

- **Permissions for base templates:** After upgrading, only users with the Healthcare Scheduler permission sets or the new Edit Base Template permission can change or replicate a base template, and only users with Delete Base Template can remove one.
- **Additional fields for Travel & Transport:** Administrators can add Job Allocation fields to the Travel & Transport pop-up in the Allied Health Console, so schedulers fill them in while recording travel and the details stay on the booking.
- **Turn off drag-and-drop allocation:** Administrators can now turn off drag-and-drop in both the current and the new Scheduling Console, so every allocation goes through the allocation modal and its standard checks.

- **Utilisation sorting follows Show Hours:** The “Most utilised” and “Least utilised” sort options now appear only when hours are shown, so schedulers never sort on figures they can’t see.
- **Replication emails show results again:** After the Salesforce Winter ‘27 release, these emails showed empty, truncated tables even for small runs. They now list each replicated Job, Shift and Activity again.
- **Sort unavailable resources by travel duration:** On the Unavailable Resources tab in Job Allocation, you can now sort by least or longest travel duration, as you already could for available resources.

**Bug fixes**

- **Activity Types sort alphabetically:** The Activity Type list now sorts alphabetically everywhere it appears, including the Scheduling and Timesheet Consoles, instead of in a random order.
- **Overnight Job allocations:** Allocations for Jobs that cross midnight now end on the Job’s finish date instead of its start date, which fixes their duration on single, Group Event and recurring Jobs.
- **Completion times and timezones:** Completing a Job from the Allied Health Calendar now records Time In Progress and Time Completed in the Resource’s own timezone, so Resources outside the default timezone no longer get times with an offset.
- **Job Allocations modal:** The modal now loads reliably on pages with many Resources, across the Available, Unavailable and Asset lists.
- **Longer roster periods:** Replication now adjusts its batch size to the length of the destination period, so you can replicate a 2-week Base Template across 4 weeks in one run without ending up with a partly filled roster.
- **Timesheet Console popup:** The Job details popup now stays on screen and scrolls for Group Event Jobs with many Resources or clients, so you can see fields like Own Vehicle without opening each Job.
