Compatibility

This package version requires the following mandatory packages in place before installation.

  • Skedulo AU Healthcare - 1.175+

What’s New

Sending Work Type/Leave Type to Employment Hero when submitting Leave Shifts as Timesheet Items

  • Leave Shifts are created when Unavailability records are approved and there are underlying jobs.
    • For example, an Unavailability record of 24 hours is created and approved, as a result, two Leave Shifts are created reflecting 2 jobs that fall within this period (2 hours each).
  • When Leave Shifts are created, the Unavailability Type is automatically populated in the Leave Type field (skedkp__Leave_Type__c) of the Leave Shift object (e.g: Annual Leave)

  • When submitting and approving timesheets, the Leave Shifts are being sent through to Employment Hero as Timesheet Items, which now also holds the Leave Type information.
  • In the Employment Hero system, the Timesheet Items are displayed with the value of the Work Type field equal to the value of the Value Type sent by Skedulo.

Note: Employment Hero will update the Leave Balances accordingly now that it has received the Work Type / Leave Type for the Leave Shifts.

Issues Fixed

  • The issue has been fixed whereby no leave shifts were sent through to Employment Hero when submitting the timesheet.
  • The issue has been fixed whereby on sleepover shifts, when submitting the timesheet items through to Employment Hero, the active working parts of the shift (non-sleepover) did not hold the Work Type information, even though the data was successfully captured and stored on Skedulo side.
