# Skedulo Plus – Shift Details and Shift Offers

Shift details and shift offers are now available in Skedulo Plus to accommodate customers whose operations rely on the Shift model.

We have added Shift details and shift offer flows in Skedulo Plus 3.7.0. This will allow mobile users to view and execute their shift details on the Agenda, as well as to receive, claim, or decline their shift offers sent to them by schedulers or admins.

Shifts will be displayed at the top of the Agenda. Users can click the **Start** and **End** buttons to start and end shift, and keep track of their breaks by hitting up the **Start Break **and **End Break** buttons.

Shift offers are displayed in the Offers tabs. A new offer will be in the Open tab, a successfully claimed offer will be in the Successful tab, and an offer that is no longer available will be in the Expired tab. Users need to be online to claim or decline shift offers.
