# The Pulse Allocation Experience now available in beta!

The new Pulse Allocation Experience (Beta) is an intuitive, streamlined, and flexible interface for faster, more accurate resource allocation.

We’re excited to announce the beta release of the new Pulse Allocation Experience. Designed with usability and efficiency at its core, this enhanced experience empowers schedulers with intuitive tools for faster, more accurate resource allocation.

### **Key highlights**

**A refreshed UI for smarter scheduling**

- **Consolidated data view**: A single, streamlined modal now displays resource availability, feasibility, and relevant job tags at a glance.
- **Explainability features**: Hover over warning icons to quickly identify reasons for infeasibility.
- ​**Tag matching indicators**: Clear visual cues show if a resource meets all job-specific tags (e.g., certifications) or not.

**Flexible view options**

**Dynamic “View by” filters**: Toggle between criteria like:

- **Least travel**: Highlights resources based on the shortest travel time or distance.
- **Least utilized**: Displays resources with the lowest utilization rates over a set period.

**Availability across the platform**

Access the New Allocation Experience from:

- The **Job details **tab.
- The **Job schedule **tab.

This feature is currently in beta. We welcome your feedback to further refine and improve the allocation process. Please speak with your Customer Success Manager if you’re interested in trying out this new feature.
