# Web app search tool improvements

The search tool inside the toolbar of the web app has received some usability and accessibility improvements that make it easier and faster to find specific resources or jobs.

The improvements include:

- The search results are now grouped into tabs, so that you can much quicker filter the type of results you want to see based on what you are searching for
- The search term entered into the search field will now persist even if you focus out of the field, making it faster to tweak or reuse the search term for future searches
- A “clear” button that makes it easier and quicker to quickly clear the search text field if you want to start searching for a different search term
- More context for each search result is now available, including information such as start and end time for jobs and resource type and region for resources
