## Coordinate visits, cover and client updates.

### Recurring care schedules

Plan visits around qualifications, availability and travel. Account for the care workers a client already knows when allocating recurring work.

### Cover and urgent referrals

Compare qualified, available care workers when a visit needs cover or an urgent referral arrives. Review the impact on other visits before confirming a change.

### Visit information

Review visit details and notes from care workers alongside the schedule. Keep client updates tied to the changes that affect their care.

_For clients and families_

## Plan for familiar faces.

Established care relationships belong in scheduling decisions. Weigh them alongside qualifications and availability, with visit details ready for whoever attends.

### Cover with Tempo

Tempo is Skedulo's AI agent for schedulers and dispatchers. When a care worker calls in sick, it brings together the affected visits and possible cover. It then prepares the reassignment and client message for you to approve.

### Visit records and escalation

Care workers complete visit forms on their phones. Their responses can reveal configured instructions, such as contacting the clinical lead before leaving.

## Solace Pediatric Home Healthcare reported an 84% reduction in patient no-shows.

- **Before**
  - Each coordinator kept their own maps and system for finding clinicians.
- **With Skedulo**
  - Families get a text when an evaluation spot opens, before each visit, and when the clinician is on the way.
  - Families receive their therapy schedule for the week by email every Sunday.
- **Outcome**
  - Reported by Solace within one quarter of using Skedulo.
  - Less time clinicians spend driving between appointments.

> Then we'd email out to those clinicians. Then we'd wait and wait to hear back from them.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### How does Skedulo handle care worker credentials?

Care worker records hold disciplines, credentials and expiry dates. Set the skills each visit requires. The schedule shows which care workers have them and flags expired credentials. You can also review qualifications that are about to expire with Tempo. Your service still decides who is suitable for each client.

### Can Skedulo connect to our electronic health or medical record system?

Skedulo can exchange data with electronic health and medical record systems through configured integrations. Clinical and client records stay in your record system, while schedules, visit records and recorded time move through Skedulo. Your implementation determines which records move between systems and when.

### What happens when a care worker loses signal?

Skedulo Mobile saves supported job changes on the device when the signal drops and shows what's waiting to sync. Changes stay marked as pending, then go back to the office when the device is online again.

### Can care workers set their own availability?

Yes. Care workers set their regular availability, make one-off changes and manage requests and work offers in Mobile. Coordinators can offer open shifts to eligible workers instead of calling around.

### How does Skedulo support HIPAA and NDIS requirements?

Skedulo operates as a business associate under HIPAA and runs a formal privacy and security program with technical, physical and administrative safeguards. Its current SOC 2 Type II report and HIPAA/HITECH validated assessment report are available to customers under NDA. NDIS providers can record NDIS Worker Screening Checks with expiry dates, while plan budgets and payment requests usually stay in your client management system. How you configure the platform also shapes compliance.
