Form export: Export any form as a .json file, named after the form's ID, ready to import into another tenant.
Bulk import: Select or drag-and-drop multiple .json form files at once, then import them together in one guided flow. Only new forms count toward each tenant's 40-form limit; updates to existing forms are free. If an import would exceed 40, Skedulo imports new forms up to the limit and skips the rest with a message. For example, a tenant with 37 forms importing 6 new ones imports 3 and skips 3. If the tenant is already at 40, import is unavailable.
Review before you import: A review step shows each form's status as New, Existing, or Invalid, with clear details on what will happen, so you can resolve issues before anything is created.
Automatic update on conflict: When an imported form matches an existing form, it is flagged as Existing and will be updated, and the form status is set to Draft.
Per-form results: During import, each form reports its own success or failure, and a summary tells you how many of the set imported successfully.
This enhancement removes the repetitive, error-prone work of migrating forms individually, making environment promotions faster and more reliable for teams that build and test many forms before going live.
