Aged Care and Disability (ACD)AdministratorsSchedulers
What's new
Job Creation Rule Console (Beta): Administrators can set up rules that fill in job fields when a scheduler creates a job in the Scheduling Console. For example: "When Job Type is Home Visit, set the Resource Role to Nurse." Because the right values go in when the job is created, fewer mistakes reach billing, compliance and reporting.
Setting to turn off drag and drop in the Scheduling Console: Administrators can now turn off drag-and-drop allocation in both the current and new Scheduling Console. Once it's on, every allocation has to go through the allocation window. The setting is off by default.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where completing a job from the Allied Health Calendar saved incorrect Time In Progress and Time Completed values, up to 2 hours off. Both now match the times entered.
Fixed an issue where saving a job or removing a resource in the Scheduling Console's allocation window reset completed job tasks to not completed. Completed tasks now keep their status.
Fixed an issue where updating a job in the Scheduling Console caused a "Skedulo App Sync Error" (entity is deleted) for resources who had the job open in the mobile app. Resources can now complete tasks and jobs without restarting the app.
Fixed an issue where the Availability Type and Activity Type dropdowns listed values in random order. Both now list values alphabetically.
Fixed an issue where removing a client from a group event didn't remove them from its future jobs. The client is now removed from all future jobs, including in large group events. Clients removed before this update may need to be removed from future jobs separately.
Fixed an issue in Roster Management where the Load more link in the resource allocation list didn't return after a Person Names filter was removed. The link now comes back, and loading continues from where it stopped.
Fixed an issue where replicating a base roster assigned new shifts to resources that had since been made inactive. Only active resources are now assigned to them. A shift whose only resource is inactive is created unassigned.
