AU Healthcare v9.15 is now available (Minor release)

What's new

• Record all 15 DEX Stage 3 additional fields on Jobs and Job Service Items in Scheduling Console: CHSP providers must report 15 extra session-level details to the Data Exchange, covering meals, overnight support, engagement time, transport and delivery method. Schedulers now can record all 15 when creating or editing jobs, and the detail flows through to Lumary for reporting.
• Control who can edit, replicate and delete base templates: Two new custom permissions decide who can edit a base template and who can only view it, so one accidental edit no longer cascades across weeks of roster. Existing scheduler permission sets and Allow_Roster_Deletion_Group keep their current access and behavior.

• Capture additional fields for Travel & Transport in Allied Health Console: Administrators can add Job Allocation fields to the Travel & Transport pop-up using the new TravelTransport category in Skedulo Additional Fields, so schedulers can capture the detail on the booking instead of a separate note.

Bug fixes & system updates

• The Activity Type list, previously in an unchangeable random order, now sorts alphabetically everywhere it appears including the Scheduling Console and Timesheet Console.
• Job allocations for jobs crossing midnight were given an end date on the job's start day instead of its finish day. The fix makes the allocation's end date fall back to the job's actual finish date, so overnight job allocations now come out with the right duration on single, Group Event and recurring jobs.
