Overview
Skedulo for Zendesk provides a seamless integration with Zendesk for service & Zendesk for sales that gives Zendesk users the ability to schedule field service or field sales appointments directly from within Zendesk.
For the agent:
- Enable support agents to schedule a service or sales appointment in a Zendesk ticket.
- Surface data from past appointments to make it available and actionable for agents.
- Provide customers with preceise appointments time, not service windows.
For the customer:
- Send appointment confirmations via SMS and email.
For the mobile resource:
- Notify workers of new jobs, share updated schedules, and communicate in real-time on any device.
- Sync data back to HQ automatically, even offline.
- Easy routing, task lists, and customer details make it easier for workers to do their jobs.
