Prioritize top performers with Optimization

Rate resources and guide optimization to support top performers, while also still considering factors like travel and efficiency.

What’s new:

• Add a 1–100 rating to each resource (100 = highest) on their “Details” page
• Use ratings as a soft constraint through Optimization Recipes
• Skedulo will favor higher-rated resources while still considering travel and route efficiency

This update helps make better choices in job allocation. It balances service quality and operational needs.

To enable this feature, please head to Settings > Beta features > Enable resource rating.  As this is currently in beta, we welcome any feedback!
