Exciting New Features Inspired by Customer Feedback

At Skedulo, one of our core values is being ‘customer driven’. So when customers provide us with feedback, we listen. Customer insights have been invaluable to bringing new and exciting innovations to our Deskless Productivity Cloud, and this recent launch is no exception.
Today we’re thrilled to announce over 20 new scheduling and mobile features that came directly from customer input. These new features will help organizations unlock greater productivity and ensure work gets done.
Why Your Feedback Matters
For us, customers are always at the heart of what we do. We understand that you and your teams face unique challenges every day. That's why we've made it a priority to listen closely to your needs and develop solutions that help streamline operations, improve efficiency, and empower your teams.
What’s New?
?️ Improvements to recurring schedule management
Through improvements made to managing recurring schedules, you can now extend and edit your resources’ recurring schedules much easier by filtering, organizing and viewing all of the work.
Schedulers can quickly and easily select when the work is ending and over what number of occurrences.
With this enhancement, your schedulers will save valuable time and ensure recurring work is scheduled accurately going forward.
? Recurring availability enhancements
With enhancements to recurring availability, you now have more control over setting patterns of availability and unavailability of your resources.
You can easily set and forget multiple windows of availability or unavailability within a single day or in recurring patterns.
With this improvement, your teams can focus more on high value, strategic work and less on time-consuming, manual tasks.
⏰ Time-based job dependencies
With time-based job dependencies you can ensure work starts within a specified time frame after another job’s scheduled start or end.
Schedulers can easily add a job dependency with an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
These advanced job dependency options give your team more control and ensure there’s no overlapping or conflicting work.
What's Next?
Managing a mobile workforce is more dynamic than ever, and we’re committed to supporting you with the solutions you need to thrive. We’ll continue to gather customer feedback and use it as the driving force for future innovations. Keep an eye out for more updates and enhancements designed to make your job a whole lot easier.
