Previously, administrators were unable to add view-only images to mobile forms created using the Form Builder. With this new component, they can now attach images to provide guidance for mobile users as they fill out the form.

The visibility of the image can also be controlled using conditional logic, ensuring that users see the appropriate visual support for their tasks. Additionally, mobile users can tap on the image to zoom in for a detailed view.

This component is helpful for many use cases, such as:

  • Providing examples: Admins can include sample photos to illustrate what is expected from resources, like a specific part of a machine or an end result that is required.

  • Offering guidance: Admins can add process or how-to images to help resources perform tasks effectively.

  • Including QR codes: Organizations can embed QR codes that resources can quickly share with customers to visit a website.
