Description
In V1.158 we have introduced the ability to lock the timesheet. You can select at which stage you would like the timesheet records to lock from the following options:
- When the job is completed
- When the job is approved in the timesheet console or via the exception rules
- When the whole timesheet is approved(this is the default setting)
You can set the level that you would like to lock the timesheets in the customer settingType_Of_RecordLock_Setting
Once locked schedulers will be warned if a Job, Activity or Shift is trying to be edited from the following consoles
- Roster Resource Console
- Service Management Console
- Roster Management
- Group Events
- Client Availability Console
- Timesheet Console
- Mobile Timesheet Form
*Example of message received when trying to edit locked job
If you wish to unlock the timesheet entry you can select the red "Unlock Job" button.

Once Yes is selected an email will be sent to a predetermined email advising of a change in the Job/shift/Activity lock status.

This person can be set by creating a new custom setting calledType_Of_RecordLock_Setting. Please contact your CSM if you require assistance with this.
A new filter has been added to the Resource Roster Console and the Timesheet Console which allows only billable or non billable jobs to be viewed.

When replicating a roster from the Roster Resource Console filters will now be respected. If for example a location filter is applied only jobs at that location are replicated.
A new Custom setting has been introduced called Not_Create_SD_On_Cancelled_Job_Reason to allow setting cancellation types that should not create a Service Delivered Record. For Example when Cancellation type "Admin Error" is selected a Service Delivered Record should not be created.
Issues Resolved
- In a previous version we removed the ability to Edit / Allocate when right clicking on jobs in pending allocation and pending dispatch status in the Roster Management Console. In v1.158 we have bought this functionality back

- We fixed an issue where the "Yes to All" functionality was not updating all future recurrences in a base roster or replicated roster.
- We fixed an issue that occurred when the start time of the job was changed from the schedule job window the start time of the job in the service details did not then update to the new time, this has been addressed
- We fixed an inconsistency where the "billable" checkbox on Cancel job was set to default in the Resource Roster Console and not on the Client Availability Console. Both are now set to ticked as default

- There was an occasional issue where the start and or end time of a job in the service details was not saving as the correct end time for the job duration. This has been fixed.
