Skedulo Is Designated a “Leader” in the Summer 2019 G2 Grid® for Workforce Management

Angela GonzalesWe are excited to announce that G2, the world’s leading B2B technology review platform, has designated Skedulo as a Leader in Workforce Management in their Summer 2019 Grid Report. This is the first time that Skedulo has received this designation in the Workforce Management category. Skedulo was also once again designated a Leader in Field Service Management in the Summer 2019 Grid Report.
“A huge ‘Thank You’ to all of our customers who have shared their experiences and feedback on G2,” said Matt Fairhurst, CEO of Skedulo. “This is the first time we’ve been designated as a Leader in the Workforce Management category, and we appreciate your partnership in building the leading solution for mobile workforce management. Being named a Leader in yet another software category is an honor that we share with all of you!”
G2’s Grid Reports are based almost entirely on user ratings as opposed to information self-reported by vendors, which is different from other solution evaluations. G2 scores products and vendors based on reviews gathered from verified users, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks.
Skedulo’s Focus on Workforce Management for Mobile Workers
Skedulo’s mobile workforce management solution uniquely addresses the 2.7 billion-person mobile and deskless workforce. These workers are often overlooked by technology providers, despite being 80% of the global workforce. According to Emergence Capital, little of the $300 billion that is spent on business software each year has gone to support these workers. As a result, managing the mobile workforce continues to be a challenge for many companies.
Traditional solutions to manage work outside the office lack the power and flexibility to fit the new ways people and businesses operate. Since 2013, Skedulo has been focused on helping companies overcome the significant challenges of managing their mobile workforce. This is an increasingly complex problem that impacts employee retention, business value, and customer service. Skedulo addresses the unique and complex pain points that come with managing a mobile workforce—knowing exactly where your mobile employees are, scheduling for multiple locations throughout the day, and empowering quick decision making with relevant information.
Skedulo delivers one system to intelligently manage all the details about your mobile workforce, match workers to jobs, and execute work onsite with customers. More than 140 customers have partnered with Skedulo to make their customers happier, solve complex operational challenges, engage their mobile employees, and help their business grow.
