Recurring Activities: Now supports multiple Resources
We’ve made it easier to plan and manage shared activities like training sessions, meal breaks, and admin tasks. The Recurring Activities extension now supports adding and managing multiple Resources, giving schedulers more flexibility and saving valuable time when coordinating team-wide activities.
With this enhancement, schedulers and admins can:
Add one or many Resources at once – Quickly assign multiple people to the same activity using a searchable dropdown list.
Manage with ease – View, add, or remove Resources directly from the Activity details page.
Streamline recurring tasks – Combine this with Recurring Activities to effortlessly schedule repeating sessions or group events.

This update reduces manual effort, improves visibility across shared schedules, and helps teams stay organized — ensuring that recurring activities are easy to create, update, and manage for everyone involved.

This feature is available via the Skedulo managed extension, Recurring Activities. To install this extension, please contact your Customer Success representative.
