Improved handling of long-running Visualforce actions
Addressed an ACD issue where Visualforce pages would hit a 30-second timeout and cause duplicate submissions if Apex processing ran too long. Introduced functionality to resend job offers so schedulers can easily re-issue offers when a worker misses a notification or a role needs to be re-offered, improving flexibility and fill rates.
Bug fixes
- Clarified behaviour for "Apply to All" in recurring jobs (Customer Commit)
Resolved a customer-raised bug about the "Apply to All" button in recurring jobs (YAC#181). The behaviour has been corrected/clarified so changes apply consistently across the series as intended, reducing confusion and rework for schedulers. Fixed error when cancelling jobs from the ACD console
Fixed an "Update Error" that appeared when cancelling a job from the console, so cancellations now complete reliably without backend errors and daily operations are smoother.
