    Scheduled Replication

  • Scheduled Hour and Contract Hour Display in Resource Sections: The Scheduling Console now shows Scheduled Hours and Contracted Hours in both the Available and Unavailable Resource sections during job allocation. Estimated travel time is also correctly calculated.

  • Job Allocation Modal — Performance Improvements: Resource retrieval now uses pagination and result limits, offering faster Job Allocation modal load times, especially for orgs with large resource pools.

  • Default Results Per Page Options on Scheduling and Resource Roster Console: Administrators can now configure the default number of resources displayed per page on both consoles This helps to reduces repetitive manual adjustments and improves usability for teams managing large workforces.

Bug Fixes & System Updates

  • Fixed the issue where field validation in the Job modal was not working correctly – when a required field (e.g., Cost Code) was left blank, the validation message appeared but the allocation modal began loading simultaneously, preventing the user from correcting the field without starting over.

  • Fixed the issue where fields on the Availability modal were not honouring Salesforce Date/Time settings in the ACD package.

  • Fixed the issue where the ‘Same Weekday’ option in Delete Recurring Activity/Availability was incorrectly deleting all events in the series instead of only deleting events on the same weekday.

  • Fixed the issue where duplicate jobs were being generated when users attempted to create a single client job, resulting in two identical jobs being created simultaneously.
