⚠️ Important – When upgrading, it is possible to go directly to the latest version using the installation links below - there's no need to install each intermediate release. Compatibility
This version of the AU Healthcare package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare package.
Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.
- Enrite Care: 13.16.18 or greater
- Enrite Services: 1.115 or greater
🎉 What's New?
- For Service Management Console customers
- Holiday records created in Skedulo will now display on the console. For global holidays, these will display for every region. For regional holidays, these will display in just their region.
- There is now the ability to create a Site Availability. A new 'Add Activity' button has been made available for a site. Edit and save the new site availability record for the site. When new work or activities are created or work or activity is replicated then a check is done for the site's availability. Any work or activity created or replicated outside the site availability will cause a conflict warning. The warning is a soft warning and can be overridden.
- Previously service delivered records were only able to be created when a job was completed or cancelled. A new option has been added to allow the creation of service delivered records either...
- at job completion or cancellation, or
- at timesheet approval
NOTE: Currently the resource's actual times for the job will be used for the generation of the service delivered record when the 'Timesheet Approval' option has been configured.
- When creating new jobs in Salesforce, the checkbox 'Dispatch and Accept per Job' option on the 'Schedule Job' dialog has always defaulted to checked. From this version, the 'Dispatch and Accept Job' option will now respect the 'Dispatch and Accept Job' administration setting in the Skedulo Web App.
