⚠️  Important – When upgrading, it is possible to go directly to the latest version using the installation links below - there's no need to install each intermediate release. However, we highly recommend reviewing the release notes for any skipped versions to stay informed about new features, resolved issues, and any configuration requirements that may affect compatibility. 🎉 What's New?

For Resource Roster Console customers...

  • The console now has the ability to replicate all jobs from a selected period to a future period (e.g. one payroll period to another). An option to replicated existing allocated resources is available.
Note: Enhancements in the near future will enable validation of the jobs to be replicated prior to performing the replication.
  • The calculation for a resource's Scheduled Work Hours has been enhanced to allow jobs and shifts with certain tags to be excluded from the calculation. An example would be where a Sleepover shift, defined by using a sleepover tag, are able to be excluded from the calculation.
  • A Salesforce custom setting has been added to enable the creation of jobs on a date prior to the current date. Previously, creating jobs in the past was not possible.

Resource allocation on the Salesforce 'Schedule Job' dialog already checks for Exclusion, Secondary Regions and Temporary Regions. Inclusion has now been added. See Salesforce Account and Location Resource Scores for further details on Skedulo Inclusion and Exclusion.

We heard you! Schedulers can now attach tags to contact records with the record type of 'Client'.

🛠️ Issues Resolved
