Compatibility

This version of the AU Healthcare package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare package.

Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.

🎉 What's New?

Resource Roster Console updates

A new 'Site Code' filter has been added to the Resource Roster Console. Filtering the view by a Lumary Site Code will display all single booking jobs, group event jobs, shifts and activities linked to that site code listed by Resource.

Timesheet Console updates

Resource filtering on the Timesheet Console now takes into consideration a resource's Secondary Region.

Roster Management Console updates

Schedulers are now able to print a compact version of a location's roster on the Roster Management Console.

General updates

When scheduling work using 'Fixed Quantity', the Quantity value is now displayed and edited at 3 decimal places.


🛠️ Issues Fixed

For Roster Management Console customers...

When replicating shifts, the role is now added to the newly replicated role should there have been a conflict with an existing shift.

For Service Management Console customers...

  • The job duration now increments correctly when using the 'Add Job' functionality
  • When a Participant does not have a bed status of 'On Hold' then the last cancellation reason is not displayed
  • Work that has a status of 'Cancelled' or 'Confirmed' are now excluded from Contracted Hours calculations
