Compatibility
Lumary Compatibility: This version of the AU Healthcare package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare package.
Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.
- Enrite Care: 13.16.27 or greater
- Enrite Services: 1.115 or greater
Skedulo Compatibility: This version of the AU Healthcare package is compatible with the following Skedulo packages. The following versions of the Skedulo package must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare package.
- Skedulo: 102.45 or greater
🎉 What's New?
Resource Roster Console:
When validating work for a resource during the roster replication process (including validation), the process checks for shifts to which the resource may have already been allocated. Should there be a shift conflict then an exception is included in the outcome email following processing.
Timesheet Console:
There is now an option to view job start time and end time details using the viewer's timezone. This addresses where a job is created in a certain timezone and needs to be viewed in the timezone of the viewer who is currently logged into the console.
Log Billable Travel mobile form:
A previous change in AUHC v1.98 was to default the 'Actual Travel to Job' value on the 'Log Billable Travel' mobile form from the 'Start Travel' to 'Check In' values. This change can now be enabled or disabled for different job types within the Salesforce org.
Issues Resolved
Roster Management Console:
- Fixed an issue where, if the Break Type was removed from a shift, the break start time and duration were not being cleared. Now they are!
Service Management Console:
- A fix was applied to improve filtering and performance on the console.
