🎉 What's New?

Resource Roster Console
  • The 'Edit Shift' dialog has been enhanced to include Shift Name and Shift Tags when creating a shift.
  • Shifts added to the base roster can now be included in the roster validation and replication processes. Should a shift be added to the base roster then the shift will be replicated to the future time period. A check box is available to exclude shifts if that is desired.
Roster Management Console
  • The 'Print Roster' feature on the console has been enhanced to allow for the inclusion of activities. Select to either include or exclude activities when printing the roster.
  • The console has been enhanced to include 'Pending Dispatch' jobs when using the Resource filter. This brings the filter in line with other consoles.
Service Management Console
  • Jobs with and without a site will be updated with a resource's current hours.
  • To support reporting purposes, the job contract service is now linked to the originating planned service.
General
  • When Salesforce events are configured to be synced with Skedulo Activities then the Salesforce 'Subject', if provided, will be included in the synchronisation with the Skedulo Activity.
  • When creating or editing an Activity, the address will be automatically populated when a Location value is selected.
  • When the group event ratio (i.e. 'Attendee : Resource ratio') is updated for a group event then a warning message will be displayed advising the scheduler to check attendee line items as the line item may need to change to match the new group event ratio.
  • Previously, single client jobs were updated to allow the same service agreement and line item to be selected multiple times for a client. Now group event jobs are able to do the same!
  • A couple of enhancements to the 'Rate' field on the 'Schedule Job' dialog...The field will default to blank. Customers were finding that the rate was just being accepted. Now a value must be chosen when adding the rate.
  • When editing a job with a rate value, the dollar amount is now included in the hover. Makes it easier to view the actual rate being used.
  • The job offers feature in the Healthcare package has been enhanced to use the standard Skedulo offer Push notification method.

IMPORTANT: Customers who currently have an email notification for job offers will need to convert to using Push notifications when installing this version. Please contact your Skedulo Customer Success Manager for further details prior to installing this version.

🛠️ Issues Fixed

  • An issue was discovered where the recurring schedules were not skipping holidays when requested. This has now been fixed.
  • Fixed an issue where the Resource Roster Console was setting the Availability record to unavailable even if Available was selected. Now set correctly.
  • Fixed an issue on the Service Management Console where if the client had multiple bed records for a time period then these were being double-counted. Now the bed record is only counted once.
