When searching for a Client Name or Resource name from the Roster Management Console, there was no way to tell the difference between two Clients or Resources with the same name. We have enabled two new custom settings, one for Clients and another for Resources. That setting allows you to enter the field name that you would like to show alongside the client or resource name to differentiate them. The field name can come from the Resource or Contact Records.
To set up the Custom Setting for Contact Record go toset up < Custom settings < Skedulo Configs <Client_Contact_Extra_Info_Field < Value = Field name
To set up Custom Setting for Resource Record go toset up < Custom settings < Skedulo Configs < Resource_Extra_Info_Field < Value = Fields Name

We have introduced a setting to show Job Allocation times on the Scheduling Console.
This means that if the job time set for a resource differs to that of the job start and end times, the times applied to the resource (Job Allocation times) will be reflected on the Console.
This custom setting will determine which times are shown on the Job card for a Resource on the Scheduling Console. The actual Job start and end times will be displayed on the job hover.

To enable the setting go toSet up < Custom Settings < Skedulo Configs < Skedulo Healthcare Scheduling Settings < Show_Job_Allocation_Time_On_Job_Card< Value = True/False
If you want to enable different times to be captured for resources when allocating, then this custom setting needs to be activatedSet up < Custom Settings < Skedulo Configs <Allow_Set_Resource_Allocation_Times
If you want the Job Allocation times to be shown on the Mobile Agenda for a Resource, this feature will need to be activated in the Skedulo Admin Console (Ask your CSM to activate this for you)

There is the ability to configure a new hover display when hovering the cursor over the Resources Picture in the Scheduling Console. The hover can show key information about the resource from the resource record.
A custom setting will define which fields from the Resource Record should be displayed in the hover:
Default Fields are:
- Title =[Resource_Name] & [Title]
- Others fields (order as below) :
- Primary Region
- Address (over 2 lines)
- Primary Phone
