? What's New?
Scheduled hours - Option to count hours of jobs over two timesheet periods
- Introducing a new setting to support overnight jobs extending into two periods. For example:
- A pay period ends on 23:59:59, Sunday, December 10th
- An overnight job with duration 8 hours that starts from Sunday night and ends in the morning of the following Monday
- This setting supports the options to count the 8 hours in either the period that the job starts or in the period that the job ends.
To set up:
- Go to Setup > Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs > Edit Count_Hours_In_Two_Periods
- Values:
- Start: to count the entire duration in the period that the job starts (default value)
- End: to count the entire duration in the period that the job ends
- The setting supports the scheduled hours displayed in the following :
- Resources and Roster in the Scheduling Console
- Resources in Resource Roster Console
- Timesheet Console

Scheduled hours - Option to include/exclude break times of jobs
- New setting Resource_Hours_Excluded_Time_Fields is introduced that enables adding one or multiple field values to be deducted from the scheduled hours.
To set up so that a Sleepover Duration and/or a Unpaid Meal Break Duration are excluded for example:
- Go to Setup > Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs > Edit Resource_Hours_Excluded_Time_Fields
- In Value field:
- sked__Job__r.skedhealthcare__Unpaid_Meal_Break_Duration_min__c (for Unpaid Meal Break Duration)
- sked__Job__r.skedhealthcare__Sleepover_Duration_min__c (for Sleepover Duration)
To configure other fields:
- If it is Job Allocation field, add API field name
- If it is Job field, add API field name and prefix with sked__Job__r
- The added field values should be numbers and will be understood as minutes by default.
- For the jobs that are overlapping into two timesheet periods, depending on the setting Count_Hours_In_Two_Periods, hours will be deducted from the scheduled hours of the appropriate period (see above).
- The setting supports scheduled hours displayed in the following:
- Resources and Roster in the Scheduling Console
- Resources in Resource Roster Console
- Timesheet Console

Note: Contact your CSM or Tech Support for more information.
Resource filter enhancement in Scheduling Console
- Current State:
- Resource filter in the Scheduling Console is dependent on the location or region filter. For example, after a location is selected, only resources that are associated with the selected location can be looked up.
- Future State:
- The dependency between Location/Region filter and the Resource filter will be made redundant.
- Schedulers can search for any resources in the system.
- When the selected resources do not have location association/matching region or jobs scheduled at the location or region, the interface will show "No result found".

Removing Case Notes and Service Agreement Items tabs
- The Case Notes tab and Service Agreement Items tab have been removed from the package. These two tabs relate to the Case Notes and Service Agreement Items objects from the Lumary package. Lumary will add and maintain these tabs going forward.
- However this will only affect new orgs that first install the Skedulo Lumary package.
- Lumary will reach out to provide the instructions for how to remove the tabs from your orgs before installing their new package version.
