🎉 What's New

Location name visibility on email notifications

When receiving the email notification after replicating, validating or publishing rosters via the Scheduling Console, schedulers can now see Location Name on the emails to help identify what Location the email relates to and also enable it to be searched for.

The Location Name is visible on the subject and in the email body.

Consistency showing scheduled hours

The display of scheduled hours has been reviewed and enhanced to ensure the consistency in calculations across the following consoles:

  • Timesheet Console
  • Scheduling Console (on roster level and resource level)
  • Resource Roster Console

The Scheduled hour calculations on all consoles will now account for the below common elements:

  • Total Job Allocation durations (not in a deleted status)
  • Total Payable Availability durations (see Note 1)
  • Total Payable Activity durations
  • Total Resource Shift durations (see Note 2)
  • Option to include or exclude Travel duration (see Note 3 for more context)
  • Option to count Job Allocations that extend into two pay periods (see Note 4 for more context)
    • Count in the period of job allocation’s start time
    • Count in the period of job allocation’s end time
  • Option to include or exclude Break Time durations (see Note 4 for more context)

Notes:

Note 1: The current settings to determine payable activities and availabilities on consoles remain unchanged, to reiterate:

  • Scheduling Console:
Use Custom Settings > Skedulo Healthcare Value Sets > set up records with Category equal to HSC_Activities_Display (to display) or equal to HSC_Activities_Schedule_Hour (to be counted in the scheduled hours)
  • Resource Roster Console and Timesheet Console:
Use Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs >Payable_Activity_Types or
Use Custom Settings > Skedulo Healthcare Value Sets > set up records with Category equal to Payable_Activity_Types:
    • If reaching the 255 chars limit
    • This does not support decoupling for displaying and counting as Scheduling Console and needs to enable Enable_Payable_Activity_Value_Set to True

Note 2: Including Resource Shifts or Job Allocation in the scheduled hours will depend on the event filter.

Note 3: This option was first supported on scheduled hours of Timesheet Console and is now available on the others. Settings and logics are as follow:

  • Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs >RESOURCE_HOURS_INCLUDE_TRAVEL:
Set to True to include travel duration in scheduled hours, else it will be excluded.
  • Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs >RESOURCE_HOURS_TRAVEL_TIME_FIELD:
    • On job allocations that are not completed, this setting will be used to find the travel time value to be included.
    • On job allocations that are completed, Actual Travel time field will always be included.
  • Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs >RESOURCE_HOURS_INCLUDE_FIRST_JOB and RESOURCE_HOURS_FIRST_JOB_FIELD:
Set RESOURCE_HOURS_INCLUDE_FIRST_JOB to True to include travel duration of the first job.
Then use RESOURCE_HOURS_FIRST_JOB_FIELD to determine the duration value.

Note 4: This option was introduced in this version of Healthcare package

🛠️ Issues Fixed

  • The issue has been fixed where a timesheet could not be submitted due to the Approval Status field on activities being blank.
  • The issue has been fixed where the additional field "Shift Type" pick list was blank when creating or editing shifts in Roster Management.
