⚠️  Important – When upgrading, it is possible to go directly to the latest version using the installation links below - there's no need to install each intermediate release. However, we highly recommend reviewing the release notes for any skipped versions to stay informed about new features, resolved issues, and any configuration requirements that may affect compatibility. Compatibility

This version of the AU Healthcare package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare package.

Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.

  • Enrite Care: 13.16 or greater
  • Enrite Services: 1.115 or greater


🎉 What's New?

Previously, when a job was cancelled and then restored, the service delivered record was not being created on completion of the job. This update fixes that issue and the service delivered record is now being created for restored jobs.

This first version of the new Resource Roster Console (RRC) has been completed and is available for deployment to AU Healthcare customers.

The RRC displays, in one view, all work being done by one or more resources for a payroll period. Work includes jobs, shifts and activities. Resource availabilities/unavailabilities are also displayed.

Additional functionality includes:

  • Filtering by multiple resource names, resource tags or region.
  • Creating or editing a work item.
  • Creating or editing an availability / unavailability.
  • Viewing details of a work item by hovering over the work item.
  • View all work items and availability / unavailability for an individual resource.

Also included is each resource's scheduled work hours versus their contracted work hours.

  • Scheduled work hours are calculated as the total of all jobs, shifts, activities and unavailabilities for the payroll period.
  • Contracted work hours are manually added to the resource’s record.


🛠️ Issues Resolved

A bug has been fixed where creating a risk on some contact records was causing an exception. All good now!
