⚠️  Important – When upgrading, it is possible to go directly to the latest version using the installation links below - there's no need to install each intermediate release. However, we highly recommend reviewing the release notes for any skipped versions to stay informed about new features, resolved issues, and any configuration requirements that may affect compatibility. Compatibility

This version of the AU Healthcare package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare package.

Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.

  • Enrite Care: 13.16.6 or greater
  • Enrite Services: 1.115 or greater


🎉 What's New?

A new custom setting has been added to allow the "Description" field on the job creation modal to be optional rather than always mandatory.

The new custom setting is located at: Sked Config > Require_Description_On_Booking.

When scheduled hours equal contracted hours, the equals sign now displays as = in blue, as intended.

Schedulers can now type in a valid time directly into the activity dialog in addition to selecting a time.

Previously, when participants were set as unattended from a job, the job still appeared on the Roster Management Console when filtering by that participant. This has been fixed.

For Easy Employer customers: When a shift is created on the Roster Management Console, the shift is now automatically dispatched.

A new check has been added when replicating shifts on the Roster Management Console to ensure the resource has availability for the new shifts.

A resource is considered available when they do not have a conflicting job, shift, or activity, and have availability at the time of the shift.

A warning message is now displayed when a shift is created for a resource who does not have availability.
