Compatibility

This version of the AU Healthcare package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare package.

Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.

  • Enrite Care: 13.16.10 or greater
  • Enrite Services: 1.115 or greater


🎉 What's New?

When cancelling an individual single booking job or an individual service agreement line item on a job with multiple service agreement line items, the scheduler is now able to set the NDIS cancel reason and flag the job as non-billable. This comes in very handy when cancelling jobs close to the scheduled job date and time.

For example, NDIS business rules allow for billing a cancelled job when the cancellation is within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. This new feature allows the scheduler to flag the job cancellation as non-billable should the business wish to not bill the participant even though they are able to do so.

A number of customers have flagged this issue.


🛠️ Issues Resolved

Previously, under certain circumstances, an error message was displayed when allocating a resource to a job that was scheduled overnight. This has now been fixed.
