Compatibility
This version of the AU Healthcare package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare package.
Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.
- Enrite Care: 13.16.10 or greater.
- Enrite Services: 1.115 or greater.
🎉 What's New?
To assist resources when entering actual travel time for work, the Actual Travel Time to Job field on the "Log Billable Travel" form will now default to the duration between the "Start Travel" and "Check In" job statuses, when the values are available.
Where used, resources tap "Start Travel" to commence travel to the work and tap "Check In" when arriving at the work. The time difference between these tap in values is used for the default value on the mobile form. Scenarios where the "Start Time" and "Check In" time may not be available include:
- The Skedulo Web App setting to disable the "En Route" status and disable the "On Site" status has been selected.
- When either one or both of the "Start Travel" time value and "Check In" time value is not recorded.
The duration value is recorded in minutes and is rounded up to the nearest minute.
