Salesforce Flow permission updates - Action required: Skedulo’s managed package now includes the Salesforce "Run Flows" system permission in the Healthcare Scheduler Permission Set to align with Salesforce’s Winter ’26 enforcement of Restrict User Access to Run Flows.
Scheduled Replication Enhancements & Automated Validation: Replication Schedules now include automated pre-replication validation, an improved record page layout, stronger data validation rules, and dynamic schedule adjustments. Additionally, field labels have been updated for clearer terminology.
Scheduling Console Improvements: Several enhancements have been made to the Scheduling Console including:
Edit, cancel, and manage Ghost Jobs, Shifts, and Activities directly from the Scheduling Console. Previously, these events were read-only, forcing users to navigate to different consoles to make changes. This enhancement streamlines the scheduling workflow by allowing real-time edits, cancellations, and status updates without leaving the Scheduling Console view.
Job status is now indicated with colored dots for at-a-glance visibility.
Activities can now be filtered by region.
Change in configuration for Job Replication Extra Fields: Previously, additional fields for job replication were configured via Skedulo Configs > Job_Replication_Extra_Fields. This setting has a 255-character limit on its value, which prevents customers with a large number of fields from configuring all the fields they need to replicate. Starting from this version, the configuration for extra job replication fields has been moved to Value Sets in Custom Settings. This change allows customers to configure an unlimited number of additional fields for job replication.
Time Field Support in Additional Fields: Additional Fields now support a time-only field type for capturing time values without an associated date.
Filter events based on Region in Scheduling Console: Previously, only the Location Base Template could display Activities in the scheduling view. With this enhancement, we have enabled this capability in the Regional Base Template, allowing a faster and more efficient scheduling experience.
Bug Fixes & System Updates
Fixed the issues with resource availability auto-approval, TFA apportionment in Travel and Transport records, recurring event deletion, Scheduling Console scrollbar and grouping issues, additional field display on Timesheets and more.
