Starting with version 1.0.0, when resources (mobile users) create a new job and select a job type using the 'Create New Job' extension, it will automatically populate fields using the values from job templates.
The following fields will inherit values from the job template:
- Standard job fields: Includes Description, Account, Contact, Region, and Urgency. Mobile users can modify these values before saving.
- Job requirements and tasks: Displayed as read-only at the bottom of the form and cannot be edited by mobile users.
The previous version does not support auto-populating data from job templates, which leads to inconsistencies. Now, this enhancement will streamline the job creation process more, ensuring consistency and scheduling accuracy while allowing users to make necessary adjustments where needed.
