Similar to the existing "Create Meeting Jobs Filter" filter field, which creates new meetings based on a filter, the same type of filtered automation can be now configured to delete meetings automatically using the new (and optional) "Delete Meeting Jobs Filter" field.

Simply enter the filter you'd like to use as the trigger for the automation, and the automation will only delete meetings if the job state matches that filter after it has been updated.

This is useful if you want to make sure that virtual meetings get deleted in the 3rd party meeting provider if it's no longer required. For example, when the job gets cancelled.

How to access this new feature

Users will need to upgrade their instance of the Virtual meetings extension to version 1.0.2 or above to use this new feature. Once installed, you will need to first disable the existing automation (if enabled) before you can configure and use the new delete meeting automation.

Contact your Skedulo Customer Success representative to have the Virtual meetings extension installed or upgraded in your Skedulo environment.
