What's New?

In previous version we have run a Service Agreement Balance Check where we have checked all Service Delivered Records against a Service Agreement. We now have the option to allow a daily batch to run checking both the SDR and the JA ensuring all future jobs and included in the balance check. The batch will run at the end of each day and will send an email advising of any jobs exceeding balance or date range. Please advise your CSM if you would like this capability turned on.

In Version 1.154 when the location filter is applied to the Resource Roster Console it will filter out all resources that are not allocated to a job at the selected location leaving only the resources that are allocated to a job at that location. This will allow Schedulers to better manage their location based rosters.

In 1.151 we introduced the ability to select "Yes to All" when making changes to a recurring schedule. In 1.154 we enhanced this capability for changes made to group event jobs. The person making the change can now select whether the change being made impacts all group attendees or only one or few. They can also indicate which details of the job should be replicated with remaining changes made save to only the individual job. This feature is controlled by a custom setting Setting name and is turned off by default. If you would like to utilise this feature please contact your CSM.

As a Scheduler in version 1.154 you can create a group event job without capturing service details on the schedule job window while still capturing ratios for each participant. Salesforce reporting can then be used to report on ratios delivered for a Roster of Care. This feature is controlled by a custom settingand is turned off by default. If you would like to utilise this feature please contact your CSM.

In version 1.154 when a scheduler creates a job that has the sleepover box ticked and a sleepover duration identified, the hours that appear on the Roster Resource Console contracted hours will exclude the sleepover duration. Please contact your CSM to enable this feature as it requires some configuration.

A tick box has been added to the Job Allocation Record to indicate if the job is the first job of the day. This can then be used to exclude the travel information from claiming if you do not wish to charge for / or pay staff for travel for the first job of the day. The tick box will be ticked automatically if the job allocation is the first of the day.

Issues Resolved

The following 6 issues we also resolved:

  • We fixed a bug that was stoping the job creation from group events and impacting updating of exisiting jobs
  • When the data being replicated in the Resource Roster Console replication is too large, the email confirmation of completion was not being received. If data limits are hit the email data will be truncated, checking the data in smaller batches so multiple emails may be received.
  • In a previous version we removed the ability to edit a completed job from the Resource Roster Console, we have reintroduced this setting with a custom setting calledAllow_Edit_Completed_Jobit is set to true by default.
  • When scheduling group events the Service Agreement Balance Check allows you to indicate if jobs should be created for ‘All Jobs’, ‘Covered Jobs’, or ‘No Jobs’ when the balance or date range is exceeded. There was an issue when selecting "No Jobs" the job was still created and if completed a SDR was also created. This has been fixed and the jobs will not be created if "No Jobs" is selected.
  • The bug in the timesheet console that was impacting the tags filter has been fixed. Tags were not showing correctly against resources.
  • There was an issue when allocating a resource from within the schedule job console in Salesforce. The end time of the job was not populating correctly, this has been fixed.
  • We fixed an issue in the Service Management console where the Service Agreement Item was not showing for the new Service
  • Agreement. The SAI now shows when the Service Agreement is replaced.
  • There was an issue in group events when editing the start or end time on a job the change was not displayed against the attendees service details
