What's New?

Description

In previous versions we introduced the ability to apportion group event billing based on the value populated on the Group Attendee form on the mobile app. In V1.159, we have made a change where the apportionment field on the mobile app is to be pre-populated by the Scheduled delivery ratio on the JSI. This avoids the worker having to enter a value.

The Worker can still enter a different value if required on the mobile app. If the Group Attendee form is updated with a different value this will override the scheduled delivery ratio originally entered.

Issues Resolved

  • A bug fix to display "Sunday" in the weekly view of the Service Management Console has been included in this release.
  • Jobs that were selected as ‘Non Billable" were not showing in the consoles (Resource Roster, Roster Management, Service Management and Timesheet) if the  "Allow Select Billable" custom was set to false
  • Updated the logic to display "Number of unidentified Clients" field character limit from 2 to 3 on both Skedulo mobile app and on the Job record in Salesforce.
  • Amended the Travel and Transport form to improve usability. When saving the form, all mandatory fields requiring completion are expanded to make them easier to access.
  • Scheduler was unable to cancel out of the Job edit model if not saving changes.
