If a job is marked as non billable in the Schedule Job Window then the service details will automatically be deleted

Issues Resolved
- When updating recurring non billable jobs with new service details, then selecting Yes on the "Yes to All" option, the change was not applying to all jobs, only the job updated.
- Editing the client name attached to a Group Event as a way to remove that client and add a new one was throwing an error. Now you can not remove the client name and add a new one, you must delete that client and add the new one from scratch.
- Editing a job to add a new attendee to a group event from the Resource Roster Console was not saving to all recurring jobs if the job was set to billable
- When editing the time on the service details in the schedule job window the increments were in 15 minute blocks. This is now 5 minute blocks and can also be manually inputted.
- Resource was able to edit job information on the Resource Calendar when the custom setting was set to uneditable
- Overclaim settings were respecting the prevent = true setting at any level (Service line item, Category, Service Agreement) By preventing at any level it was stopping jobs from being created where Allow was set at a higher level than the prevent i.e Prevent at the SAI level but allow at the category level
- The photo on the client record was not showing on the client details form in the mobile
