Description

Available Resources: When a resource is assigned to a following job at the same address which starts at the end time of the previous Job (eg. Job A finishes at 11am and Job B starts at 11am at the same address) the resource from the first job will show as available for the second job.

Base Roster for Previous Years: The recurring job calendar function now allows users to go back to previous calendar years to create recurring jobs in the past for Base Rosters.

Timesheet List View

Image

A new Console called the "Timesheet List View". This Console shows a list of all unapproved timesheet entries for a region/location or cost centre and allows bulk approval of these. Resources can have timesheet entries across multiple Regions, Locations or Cost Centres that can be approved by various team leaders.

The Cost Centres field defined in the custom setting below can either use the new Cost Centre fields on each of the objects  that have been included in this release (Job, Availability, Shift, Activity) or a custom field that has been created on these objects.

  • Set Up / Custom Settings / Skedulo Configs  / Timesheet_Allow_Filter_By_Cost_Centre = true
  • Set Up /  Custom Settings / Skedulo Configs  / Timesheet_Cost_Centre_Field_Names =

{"Job": "skedhealthcare__Cost_Centre__c",

"Shift": "skedhealthcare__Cost_Centre__c",

"Activity": "skedhealthcare__Cost_Centre__c",

"Leave": "skedhealthcare__Cost_Centre__c"}

The Cost Centre Values in the picklist on the console are also determined by Global Picklist

  • Set Up / Picklist Value Sets / Cost Centre / Click to Edit

Please contact your CSM if you need assistance in setting these up.

Actual Travel Times & Distance

Once travel is completed on the mobile app and the actual travel and transport data has been collected, the Actual Travel Time/ Distance fields on the job will be populated. These values will also show on the Travel and Transport Form on the mobile. If the value on the mobile form or on the Job record is updated, this new value will override the original data collected.

For more about how the actual travel time and distance data is collected see our Knowledge Base article.

Exception Reasons

You can now use salesforce reporting to view Jobs missing a resource tag or with conflicting resource availability

There will be a new field on the Job and Shift called ‘Exception’ and ‘Exception Reason’. An overnight batch can be configured to identify any Jobs or Shifts that overlap with each other, Activities or approved Unavailabilities. In addition, this will also identify any jobs that have resources that are missing tags. A report can be created to identify Jobs or Shifts that have an ‘Exception’.

See below for an example of a Report

Key Pay Timesheet Status

We have introduced a custom setting for our customer with a Key Pay integration that will control the timesheet status used to create a SD record. The custom setting Default value will be Approved

To change this custom settings go toSettings < Skedulo Configs <Timesheet_Status_To_Create_SD

Location Inactive

We have introduced a new field on the location object called "inactive'', when the Lumary Site field is set to inactive the new field on the location object will be set too false. If the location becomes inactive they will not be available for selection on any healthcare consoles.

Issues Resolved

  • A bug was fixed where deallocated resources were appearing on the printed Roster from the Roster Management console.
  • When replicating a Jobs from the Service Management Console theservices were listed by their Salesforce ID rather than the Service Name when there were over 20 Services
Image
  • When editing a group event from the Resource Roster Console, the hover shown on the Service Details was showing the event delivery ratio 3 times.
Image
  • There was a spelling error in the Email sent to Timesheet approvers. The word Notification was spelt incorrectly.
Image
  • The Service Agreement Management Console was only respecting the Service Agreement Item filter; the Service and Site filters were not being respected.
  • When a timesheet is moved back into draft on Salesforce the status of the timesheet on the mobile app remains in "draft" until the resource manually reloads the timesheet to move it into "submit"
