We're excited to announce that Skedulo's virtual meetings extension now supports Google Meet, in addition to existing integrations with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.


With this enhancement, organizations leveraging Skedulo for remote service delivery have even more flexibility in choosing their preferred video conferencing platform. When virtual meetings is configured, jobs in a Ready state will automatically generate a Google Meet meeting and link it to the job.


The virtual meeting details are prominently displayed on the job screen within the Skedulo web app, ensuring easy access for users. Additionally, contact persons associated with the job will receive an email containing the Google Meet meeting information. If the Attendees feature has been enabled, job attendees will also receive an email, streamlining communication and ensuring everyone stays informed.


The addition of Google Meet support aligns with our commitment to providing diverse and user-friendly solutions for remote collaboration, empowering organizations to deliver exceptional services seamlessly.
