Before this update, actions could only be performed on a per-job basis within the swimlane, making it very time-consuming to take actions on more than just a few jobs. Now it is easy to select any number of jobs and perform an action on them all simultaneously; speeding up the process drastically.
Multi-select mode can be activated by clicking the button in the top-right corner of the Swimlane. It's important to note that this feature is designed to help manage multiple jobs in the current Swimlane view, which means that when the mode is entered, you will not be able to change the date range or apply new filters until you exit.
Once you have entered multi-select mode, simply click on the jobs you would like to perform an action on and then select an action from the options that appear at the top of the Swimlane.
A loading indicator appears as the updates are being processed and a message displays when complete to confirm the action performed and the number of jobs updated.
After the action completes, the selection is cleared so that you can make further selections or exit the multi-select mode.
