ICU Locale Format Update

This version of the Healthcare package is compatible with the new Salesforce’s ICU Locale Format. The API versions of all Apex Classes, Apex Triggers and Visualforce Pages have been upgraded to meet the minimum requirements of 45.0+.

Compatibility

This package version requires the following mandatory packages in place before installation.

  • Skedulo Core Package - 102.56+
  • Lumary - 20.3.9+
  • Enrite Care Services - 1.307+

No changes to package compatibility since the last release.

What’s New

Sending Notifications to Originator

  • To avoid sending replication, validation and publication emails to all members in the public group, a new configuration has been introduced to enable sending notifications to the originator only.
  • The feature is applicable for the notifications sent for roster replication, validation and publication from the Scheduling Console, Resource Roster Console and Roster Management Console.

How to set up?

  • Go to Setup > Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs > new setting Roster_Replication_Mail_To_Initiator:
    • Set the value to "True" to enable sending emails to the originator
    • Set the value to "False" to remain sending emails to the public group (default value)

Improving the speed of Publishing Roster functionality

  • A new setting has been introduced to adjust the number of resources that will be processed at a time when publishing a roster. Increasing the number in the setting will enhance the processing time, as a result, the roster will be published faster.

How to set up?

  • Navigate to Setup > Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs > new setting Publish_Roster_Batch_Size:
    • Use this setting and adjust the batch size to increase the number of resources being processed at a time.
    • The default value is 1. This is also the current batch size.

Consideration

  • It’s highly recommended to gradually increase the batch size while monitoring processing time, and settle on a batch size that meets your performance needs. This approach helps avoid overloading Salesforce’s resources.

Applying Value Set for Not_Create_SD_On_Cancelled_Job_Reason

  • The Skedulo Healthcare Value Set solution has been implemented for current custom setting Not_Create_SD_On_Cancelled_Job_Reason to avoid the 255 character limitation.

How to set up?

  • Navigate to Setup > Custom Settings > Skedulo Healthcare Value Set > create new record(s) using new category Not_Create_SD_On_Cancelled_Job_Reason:
    • Each record in the Skedulo Healthcare Value Set should hold one value of the Cancellation Reason
  • The system now seeks the values from the Value Set first. If there are none, the system would then seek the values from the current custom setting.

Issues Fixed

  • The issues related to upgrading the Healthcare package (version 3.1) have been fixed.
  • The issue has been fixed whereby users were not able to access the Service Management Console.
  • The issue has been fixed whereby the availability popup got frozen when opening from the consoles.
