Award Interpreter integration customers

Customers who use Award Interpreter integrations, such as Easy Employer, SAGE (2C9), and KeyPay, should not install this version of the Skedulo Package. Instead, please use Skedulo Package Release Notes v102.58.0 (7.24.2023).

Requires manual installation

This release of the Skedulo for Salesforce managed package will not be proactively pushed to customer orgs by Skedulo and requires manual installation to enable the changes mentioned in these notes (See Manual Installation Links).

Package testing should be completed and the package installed in your production environment as required.

What's New?

  • A validation rule has been created to ensure that Primary Region on Resource object is not null. This will be applied when a Resource record is created or updated. Also, the default Resource page layout has been updated to mark Primary Region as a required field.
  • The default streaming method used to provide data for background processes in Skedulo has been changed from Platform events to Polling.
