Mandatory signatures: Admins can now require a customer signature before a job is allowed to be marked complete, configurable per job type, so it only applies where it matters.
Smarter "done for today" alerts: The end-of-day notification now fires only when all jobs are complete, eliminating duplicate prompts after every completed visit.
Enterprise-grade security controls: Admins can now enable settings for Skedulo Plus that prevent users from taking screenshots or backing up app data on their devices. This helps organisations in regulated industries keep sensitive job and customer information secure and stored only on managed devices. These settings are available per tenant and are turned off by default.
Stability improvements: A platform-level fix has resolved a long-standing source of app hangs on iOS, and we've added new diagnostics to keep raising the bar on reliability.
