Previously, when a mobile extension was installed in a team, admin users could only view it in the web app, without the ability to edit or uninstall it.

This new feature introduces a new Mobile extensions page in the Skedulo web app, which allows admin users to do the following:

  • Configure extension metadata: Admins can customize the extension’s name, description, visibility, and display order to better suit their needs.
  • Install or uninstall extensions: Extensions can now be easily installed or uninstalled, which gives admins the power to make them available to mobile app users or remove them as needed.

This update provides greater control and flexibility, which allows admins to seamlessly manage mobile extensions to fit their workflows. This feature is now available for all customers who are using the Skedulo Plus app.

As part of this update, the 'Mobile Forms' screen now shows only Form Builder forms. All low-code extensions built with MEX are now displayed in the new 'Mobile Extensions' screen.
