Previously, mobile users could only create recurring availability via the Mobile app. With this updated, they can now create recurring unavailability as well.

To control this capability for your mobile users, admins can use the new setting in the Skedulo web app under Settings > Mobile app configuration > Mobile Settings > Availability > Allow resources to create their own recurring unavailabilities. This setting is disabled by default.

When this feature is enabled, mobile users will see an option to create Recurring unavailability in the Skedulo Plus app. When creating recurring unavailability patterns, mobile users can add multiple time slots per day. However, users can only add up to four time slots per day, and time slots cannot overlap.

This gives admins more flexibility in controlling how much availability management they want their mobile users to have. It also gives mobile users more flexibility in controlling their availability.
