To assist with the upgrade process to Skedulo Plus app, your Skedulo Customer Success Representative can help you to disable the V2 mobile app for your Skedulo environment. When V2 mobile app access is disabled, users who are still logged into the V2 app will be prompted to upgrade to Skedulo Plus. This prompt is persistent, preventing users from continuing to use the V2 app. When they click the Download Skedulo Plus button from the prompt, they will automatically be logged out of the V2 app.
