This release introduces the ability to easily resend job offers, helping schedulers quickly follow up with candidates and keep placements on track.

This Healthcare release improves scheduling accuracy and control with more reliable job offers, consistent worker termination handling, and clearer address management on jobs. We’ve also refined roster replication and publishing, and now exclude inactive periods from scheduled hours so planning and reporting better match real-world work.

This release delivers more accurate and reliable scheduling in ACD, with improvements that ensure worker hours reflect actual working time and long‑running Visualforce actions are handled more safely. We’ve also introduced the ability to easily resend job offers, helping schedulers quickly re‑engage workers and keep shifts filled without extra manual effort.

A new daily period has been added to work hour limits, alongside existing weekly options. When daily limits are set, optimization avoids exceeding the maximum hours per day and attempts to meet the minimum hours defined.

As part of the transition from Skedulo v2 to Skedulo Plus, all Skedulo v2–specific mobile app settings have now been removed from the Settings page.

We have added support for Node.js v24 to functions, removed support for Node.js v16, and are announcing dates for end of support for v18 and v20.

Skedulo Plus v3.20.1 is now published in stores and will be fully available by December 16
