Schedulers using the Pulse Allocation Experience (Beta) now have more control when allocating resources to work items with multiple resource requirements. When initiating an allocation from outside of the requirement, you’ll be prompted to select the specific requirement to which the allocation relates.
- If requirements have different skill tags, then after selecting the requirement, only matching resources will appear in the allocation modal.
- If requirements do not have skill tags, then all feasible resources will be shown and the requirement can be filled as normal.
This enhancement ensures resources are accurately assigned and improves scheduling precision.
This feature is currently in beta. We welcome your feedback to further refine and improve the allocation process. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager if you're interested in trying out this new feature.
